Animal Crossing: New Horizons Update Notes Summer Update Wave 1.

Animal Crossing: New Horizons announced the first summer update last week. The patch has brought new objects, new creatures, new characters and new mechanics to the game.

Complete patch notes and patches history are available on Nintendo official support page. The list of this patch is short. After adding updates, only two bug fixes were made to the game in the last hotfix.

Version 1.3.0 Update Notes

Players can now wear a waterproof combination and dive into the ocean. Players can now catch marine creatures by plunging. Creatures can be given to the museum. Players can meet new visitor characters. Nook Miles can be exchanged for new items. New limited seasonal items have been added to the Nook Shopping catalog.

The wet suit is the biggest addition to the patch. The wet suit dramatically expands the game area and gives the impression that the island is larger. For help to get the dive combination, see our topic guide.

The wet suit unlocks swimming and diving capacities. Players can only dive by carrying the diving combination. Do not think like a suit, it s more tool, like a shovel or ax, although you can hold tools while wearing it. Once players are able to swim and dive, they can find some of the new marine creatures and, if they are lucky, the new character Pascal the otter.

Version 1.3.0 is now available on the Nintendo Switch consoles family.
